Color Poem

By Veasna Ma
Long Beach, CA
The color deeper than the deepest sea
The color of mystery and illusion
The color of emptiness and loneliness
The color of the Thing hidden under every bed
The color of sadness and depression
The color of an echoing cave
The color of creatures crawling under moonless nights
The color of an evil heart
The color found in a little piece of every soul.
